Trend of this time are projects worked out in BIM system (Building Information Modeling), that means digital model of objects, including all important information about building components. Our company is one the first users of BIM in Czech Republic.

One of our first pilot project was in 2005 headquarters of our company.

In BIM software Revit we process in this time two third of running contracts in all phases of documentation. In last few years BIM is becoming so expanded that even building companies and manager of objects are using its benefits.
